I know this is a 21099 Samara sedan, can you tell me if its a special or limited edition or just a a regular edition?, and the year?, or maye not a 21099?

i hardly believe there could've been any special edition samaras. it does have some spoilers and so on but i assume it was designated to be an exclusive "export" version that's why it is equipped with some. those samaras are still in production
