The Best Ford and Holden and why

OK, Lets kick it off with the classic question. Which is the best Ford and Holden and why and which of these is the better car ?
My pick for ford would be phase 3 gtho xy falcon and for holden the a9x bathurst torana. That should be enough to get you all talking so go for it.

the best ford would have to be not the phase 3, but the 3 prototypes and 1 production phase 4 lurking around, and if not them, the XAGT with the 750cfm carburettor package instead of the standard 400 cfm carb used in the standard gt (the phase 3 used a 780cfm carb). the 4 proper phase 4's had the same engine as the phase 3 but in a lighter body

The best Ford would have to be the MK1 or MK2 Escort or Cortina
If i had to pick the best holden.... probably the HQ Monaro

Even still, Fords are better!!!

Best Ford: Who could go past the Au.....me, i'll say the XY Gtho
Holden: Original Monaro, hands down.

now both of these cars are simply aussie picks, but if we went international, then things would change .........

the best global ford would easily be the mark 4 gt40 with the 500hp 427 ohv v8. u cant really say for global holdens cause theres opel in germany, vauxhall in england, holden in australia and chevrolet fills the gaps (i.e. north america, united arab emirates etc).

no, Holdens best are in its concepts. Thats why HSV is there, so holden doesnt have to make real awesome cars.

um, no. Concepts are specifically made to be awesome cars, not really anything else. How many companies make their production cars better than their concepts? that'd be stupid. How is this embarrasing, at all?
