That sucks. Meine Deutch ist nicht so gut. Does the voice on the video say there WAS a defect, or there was NOT a defect suspected?

WAS (from what I was told), apparently a number of 599s have been shipped back to Maranello due to various recalls.

I've been hearing and reading way too many horror stories of Italian exotics miserably failing and nearly killing their occupants. Even if I did have the money for one, I can now officially say that I wouldn't even consider it. Porsche - there really is no substitute.

Yesterday a dream car went up in flames. The 250.000€ Ferrari 599GTB was reduced to a pile of rubble. The driver was still able to drive the car to the most right lane.He was unijured just a bit scared. Because of this incident there came a traffic jam between ?? and the airport.
