I think they're refering to aftermarket twin exhausts on stock cars. They forgot one- You have TRD stickers on your Honda Civic.

Soon just about any kind of mod done to an import will be considered rice. I agree with some of the things on the list, not with others. To me rice means adding things like over the top body kits, lights and stickers that do nothing to improve a car's performance. As far as wheels, tires and aftermarket exuast systems go...you gotta start some place.

I agree. Anything that you add to a car that doesn't effect, or hurts that car's performance is rice-basically any sort of pointless tack on tat. If it actually serves some sort of purpose, well, then it isn't rice.
