Arkansas, Conway, not so bad, really.
Not in the South, they can't. Here in Arkansas it snows once, maybe twice a year, and roads are seldom hazardous for more than a few hours. Still, most people here say they have to have a 4x4 truck or SUV because they drive better on snow. I don't know how this whole SUV thing got started, but it's kept the American auto industry afloat for nearly a decade. Even the Japs figured out Americans will pay $30,000-plus to drive a piece of agricultural equipment if you slap leather seating for seven in it.

Thanks Fiat. I guess we deserved that one.
The problem is that cars have to comply with regulations in order to ge homologated, and therefore sold to the public. That's why concept cars change with the transition from the motorshow to the showroom.

Of course there might be other reasons, like packaging, building costs, etc...

I.......Like it. not love, but like.

I think that's going to be the difference - we'll see how many people "love" this car.

Kinda cool. I don't mind it. Now bring on an Abarth

I can see that design going very as well as a chic fashion accessory car.

i love the final one, and am definitely looking forward to the Abarth. The interior of that car is beautiful, the car looks wicked and the Abarth is sure to be a great car to drive and to look at (going on the Fiat Panda 100HPs form).

P.S. Anybody got any High-res pics coming up?

"Fiat 500: If it doesn't make you smile, you do'nt have a heartbeat!"
A bit like a LocoRoco really.
More pics.
It looks like a nice little car, but not overly exciting. It's a shame really.
I could however get excited over the interior...

I do not understand why Euros like these small cars. This is trash.

The world lags behind America in auto enthusiasm. There are reasons we won't accept this.

America lags behind the world in auto excitism. :P
They like them because they're economical. They save lots of fuel, they are easy to park, easy to drive down narrow one way streets...
You American idiots wouldn't know anything about saving money though would you.
