^^^ I think probably only in Germany who tried ( and succeeded ) in getting their measure PS more widely used than the older "imperial" one.
None of them are "metric" as SI declared it will be kw instead of an arbitrary number based on measuring how much work a pit pony could do ( James Watt's original HP - dont know what Germany used -- probably a Holsteiner )

thankfully i'm able to swap figures in hp, kw, lb-ft and nm pretty comfortably in my head now - not exactly direct conversions, but i have enough of an idea to know if it's a decent number
also i did find this recently

Also it's lbft, not lb/ft.. and kgm not kg/m. I'm ashamed they're in the same state I'm in.. at least I'm not from here though. Still, at least we know that someone who makes that fundamental mistake doesn't have an opintion worth sharing.
