saw a few of this style alfa on the weekend, one of which was for sale.
tempting

OT: this is actually an impossible date with people's different tastes but still nice to see the examples put forward!

The Lincoln Continental and the Oldsmobile Toronado should feature too. But they aren't really in the same league as some of the other cars.

^^^ Shazai! Nice addition of the 2000GT... time to start collating a massive run-off chart.

I agree It's fun to just see pictures of all the beautiful cars, and everyone's takes on them.

And I would like to nominate another beauty I came across once while using the random car function of the UCP car search, the Rolls Royce Phantom I Jonckheere Coupe. Photo again courtesy of UCP.

Great pictures from UCP by the way!

Oh dear. Oh my lord. I didn't know that existed. I think you've changed my life a bit. It looks like one of those "modern take on a classic shape" sort of things (like the Holden Efigy), but it's not. It looks fantastic!

The 250GTO and DB4 GT Zagato, yes... but the Giulia SS isn't a race car, nearly 2800 were built between 1959 and 1965.

My bad. I just love that car so much! Can it still be allowed Kooper?

Sorry, that was knee jerk - I saw it as a Disco Volonte.

probably ridiculous.. the one for sale merely had an EOI sticker on it with contact details.
for an equivalent idea of price probably wouldn't pay more than a specced up honda jazz on the non-special models? i mean it sure as shit wasn't a giula sprint but had the same nice body shape.

I think they start at about $20k for that sort of Alfa, in any condition worth considering. That's from memory though, I've not gone poking about for them in a while.
