Wow, that's great news. Finally, an exciting product from GM that's not a Corvette or more recently a Camaro.

Too bad it won't ever come badged as a Pontiac. I seriously think GM let Pontiac die so that Buick could sell craploads of cars in China.

Well, the problem is that over the years there have been many "so-called" exciting products from GM in the US. However, pretty much all have faced the same problem, no sales at all (Pontiac GTO, Pontiac G8, Saturn Astra,...).

Does the Buick Regal (Opel Insignia) actually sell well?

Regal is selling pretty well around here, granted I do live in Michigan...
