I've 'sighted' the 645i at a dealership near me, but I've never seen the drop-top. I thought it was still to be 'released'. Did the one you saw look a bit beaten-up, like it had been thrashed a lot?

I was watching the F-1 Canadian GP qualifying just now and saw a commercial on that 6 convertible on TV. It was blue and they didn't even mention what model, just said "6".

The car looks bad
