A high post count doesn't automatically mean you're a spammer. Look at Matra, nearly all of his posts are useful. Just keep it relevant.

Yeah I know, but I used to be a major spammer. I receeded a bit around the 700 post stage..but it wasnt until I started getting insulted regularly that I started to really back off.
