The Fiat has been criticized for its dull uninvolving ride and performance.
Also, being built by Fiat means that at some point something will fall off. The LCR is a much better car, VW build quality at SEAT prices. It isn't the best handling car in its class, but by all accounts it is a fun car to hoon about in. The newest version has 225bhp, and the 1.8 20v unit can easily be tuned to give even more. The LCR is a better car overall than the Stilo. P.S. "Stupid" VW. That'll be the incredibly successful and very popular Golf mkIV platform then.

I'll take the Leon, mainly because I dislike Fiats in general, but also because it is a far superior car. I also think the Leon is better looking. The only thing I like about the Fiat is the 5 cylinder engine; always good to have an interesting soundtrack.

Would it be better to compare the Cupra R to the newest VW Golf GTi?

If you live in Brazil you are going to know more about what cars are available than the rest of the forum, I think there is one other Brazilian member on here.
