Chevrolet Cobalt SS 272

http://forums.gminsidenews.com/showt...?threadid=8368

Short version: 2.0 liter Ecotec, s/c'ed. ~270hp, functional hood scoop, high flow cat-back, LSD, lowered and beefier suspension, 19" wheel package.

I feel dirty saying this, but I like it. Someone needs to find bigger pictures.

That's not bad looking. Wonder if it will go into production? Be a nice car for a track day or something.

I think it looks dead sexy...

and I'm not a Chevy fan in the least. FWD definately is a bummer though.

The Ecotech is a good engine.

Take off the ground effects and hood scope, and build it GM!

FWD might not be to bad, if they can give it a light engine. This isn't Yamaha though, we need AWD...could there be some day?

I don't think that the Cobalt chassis is made to even take AWD. And I say keep the hood scoop, but change it to the center of the hood. OR, even better and bit of retro, use a cowl induction hood with a little flap near the cowl that opened up like the classic Chevelle SS's! It would be something different and useable.

This car would be ultimate if it was RWD, and if it lost the scoop/spoiler.

If they made one like that, they'd sell sooo many...

Just cause you like it like that doesn't mean everybody does. If it's a production car let it have choices

When did I say or imply that everybody liked it like that? When I say things, they are my opinion. That is a given part of communication.
