Use your brain dude, we are obviously running out of fuel, so the general trend is going up of course. Do you even think when you ask a question, try it sometimes. Couple that with inflation, rising (yes, it is rising) tensions in the middle east, and south american oil barons fighting civil unrest it is a no brainer. (no puun intended.)

And no, it is not entirely bush's fault, it was going up before bush was elected so stop bush this bush that. LETS BLAME BUSH

NO

It is funny because the word "expensive" was never used in his post.

We need to start reading posts more carefully guys, seriously. He is talking about the trend of oil prices, not the trend of oil prices in different countries.

And no, I was not "bashing" the bush-hater.

Im pretty sure the world is not running out of fuel because the people who sell the fuel to America want the gas prices in America to go down because they know that if they keep going up, people are going to stop buying huge suburbans and trucks and buy little cars with lots of MPG which will cost the companies that sell fuel to america to go bank rupt...

Well, atleast that is what my history teacher told us

thios is why gas prices are going up. people are buying SUVS even if they don't need it so if people will think twice, like if they really need it and buy more fuel efficent vehicles and save the SUVS and pickups for those who need them (people who haul a lot, construction workers etc..) and the gas prices will go down.
