I'm not really scared, I am too lazy to go start it
I was mainly asking myself if some parts, mainly the battery ,would be affected by the standing still and by winterish conditions. I am always told its not good for a car to let it stand still for long times, but what is a long time?
And to be honest winter in Belgium is a joke , Its just that the car has been frozen white the last week , and it makes me wonder... when I am sitting here hours on end in my room attempting to study and going mad ...

If you're really worried about the battery take it out of the car and keep it inside. Just don't leave it on a concrete floor.

Best still, just get an "Optimiser" or equivalent battery maintenance product.
Got one on the bike and another on the car. Keeps battery in great condition AND means can start and run them up to temp every few weeks without worrying about draining battery

DieHard Battery Charger/Maintainer - Model 71219 at Sears.com

Those are great, we keep one on the race car battery during the winter.

Funny you guys talk about winter.

I haven't had much snow in NY.

Which is weird, because it's December...?

About 2.5' in berkshire county MA, which is 2.5' more than we had this time last year because it was 70 degrees out.
