Fuel Gauges

It may sound strange, but I like a well thought out and easy to read fuel gauge in the car(s) I drive.

I've seen some gauges in which there is a big dot at the end of the needle, making a precise reading difficult.

Of the three gauges below, I prefer one of them over the other two. Tell me which of these three gauges you think looks best:

I like #3 because its sort of cool retro.

I'm actually a fan of circular gauges.

Second. It's more accurate than the first one, at least.

Niko, what car does that fuel gauge come from?

Lol. That is the best one, no doubt. Notice that the ones I posted are all below 1/2? It costs a lot to keep 3 cars with a full tank.

Love discussion on fuel gauges
WHy ? Because it's one of the WORST, least accurate sensors in the whole car !
Owners soon "Learn" how it behaves and adapt to it, so how it looks in the dash is all that really matters. I like the curved one

I prefer the second one, although they're all very old and uninteresting...

2008 ftw.
