I might be getting a car!!
Its a blue 1974 Austin Maxi... offered for free in the newspaper.
I rung up the people selling it and they said it had been parked for a few years, but it was running good and well when they parked it. Heres a pic of what it will look like! However this will only be a paddock car

pretty cool, id have anything for a paddock car.............is it a manual? doesent look that great but hey its a padock car...who cares!!!

Don't diss the mean Maxi...its got Chrome Hubcaps
 Pretty sure its a manual, probably a 4 speeder.

I'm not sure if it was be registerable, i'll have to wait till I possibly go and check the car out tomorrow. Probably a bit rusted.

Thnking it throughtS-R. As I'd said, not a lot of Maxi's around. It might be worth getting it for free and then calling around and see if any collector wanted to restore a Maxi. Like I said, not a lot around, but plenty of bits !! Heel over here even Marina's get talked about as a "classic" !!!
