just got a pearl yellow Lamborghini Gallardo today. supersick.

he took me for a drive today (im only 16 and he wont let me drive it yet) and he got it to 55 in first gear...its one loud son of a bitch

I saw a test drive on 5th gear of the car once and they got it over 100km/h in first, seems thats becoming the popular trend these days.

What gearbox did he get in it?

That's regular on Lambos I think, Diablos can manage 62Mph in 1st as well.

Ive only really noticed it since the Ford GT was released and everyone was saying it was so fast compared to the 360/430 and Gallardo cause it didnt need to make a gearchange to get past 60mph. I took a stock S7 for a spin on GT4 and found that got about the same, although 2nd was only good for 130km/h which was a dissapointment.

Haha, my old Rover SD1 series 2 could do 130km/h in second. Helped that it was only a 3 speed auto though.

if you are wondering why that is: They can then reach the fanboy marks of 60mph or 100 kph without loosing time through shifting gear. Sick
