Ah yes the six are nice indeed, but my mum HAD to have the car right then and there, as it came . Personally I still don't mind the ones we have now, they're a lot better than most of the other ones that Land Rover offer, I still think they suit the car very nicely. It drives incredibly nicely and I'll let everyone know how she handles off road when she finally decides to take it off.

Pictures of the sound system are still on their way, haven't got round to it as of yet.

If/when you post your pics oodis, you'll be asked at some time to do teh "UCP official ownership challenge" ( aka egg-nog challenge ).

If that counts as the city, than yes . This house isn't in the best location for off-roading, the nearest place where it might be possible is at least an hours drive away and parents haven't seen the point in it yet. When we get back to our holiday house this september however, I'll force her . There's a lot better places there to go offroading than there are here. We already have been in our old ML320, which is NOT an off-road car. I can't wait to try out all the terrain adjuster.

Awesome. I'm assuming the ML was totally useless?

Couldn't get up a 25-30 degree grass bank! We were looking at properties, and this thing took three different routes before we finally managed to get up. I'm willing to bet that the Disco can EASILY do it in one. It also had a horrible clearance, after the little escapade there were three large branches stuck in the undercarriage. We didn't realise until I got out and tripped over one.

haha. I'm with you on the Disco having no problem getting up there. Brilliant piece of engineering.

As promised, here's the BMW's upgraded sound system pictures. The rest of the speakers were upgraded as well, but they look no different than the original ones, so I didn't bother with pictures of those. Enjoy!

Next are some pictures of upgrades to the Land Rover, since last time a bullbar has been installed, and it got back from tint-a-car yesterday. But most of all, it's clean!

Nice cars there mate. How old are you? Driven either of them yet?
And to be honest with you, I think the Discovery looks much better without the bull bars.

Thanks. I'm 16, SHOULD have gotten my licence by now, but lazyness and an injury got a hold of me. I have sat in the passenger seat though! Of both of them!
It wasn't put on for looks, but for function's sake. We're driving for roughly 1500kms this friday, straight through Australia, and if a 'roo pops out at you, you don't want it stuck halfway up your bonnet. It's more of a safety precaution then a looks thing. Although I must say, it looks better in the flesh.

Sweet, we were going to buy a Silver Discovery3 TDV6 HSE but my bloody Mother said 'Ooooh, no Andrew, I don't like it, it's too big and too utilitarian, It'll be far easier to drive the Audi's... I HATE IT!' So Dad didn't buy it :'(

In saying what she said, what did my Mum do 2 1/2 weeks after picking up the Audi? Went and bloody reversed it down the fence on the drive causing £250 worht of damage to the paintwork...
