Lexus sound system?!?!

my/my dad's bdays are coming up soon (april 11 and 14)

i was thinking about getting me and my family to pay for at least part of a sound system for the lex... anyone here think its a good idea/ bad idea? reasons? what do you think of this draft sound system i'm coming up with

i know its from best buy but they install it and its cheaper than some of the other places

That amp isn't going to do the subs justice, it isn't powerful enough. The subs are rated at 600W RMS, and I don't know what the amp makes bridged, but 100W unbridged at 4 ohms is puny. Look for a more powerful amp, possibly Rockford Fosgate (Because they're always underrated by ~50%).

I also doubt that you're going to need the capacitor, because this isn't a very high powered system.

exige. my dad is huge into bass systems. he got a kickass bass for the computer and a uberbass for the computer he likes to configure it a certain way that takes hours and hours of him listening to nothing but test bass

btw the only real bass i listen to loud (bass up) is cream and the doors

i want those light things just to piss off my dad. i wouldnt keep them on there for more than a month. i'd end up putting them on my friends cars as jokes after that. i'm not stupid like that. btw i meant the ones for the wheels that light up when they move.... not underglow

and its the family car just my dad and i are the only ones able to drive it
