Arkansas, Conway, not so bad, really.
I've never heard of Locost before... Beautiful car. Really, really well proportioned from the looks of that photo. What running gear and chassis are hiding under there?

Over here in Arkansas you often see "Lamborghini Countachs" that in reality are a flimsy fiberglass hide draped over an unsuspecting Pontiac Fiero, it's disgusting, and so I get a little weary of kit cars, but this one looks the business.

"Locost" is another name for Lotus/caterham super 7 replicas, built after the book of Ron Champion : "Build your own race car for £250"...
Cheap race car that is...
This type of car is one of the most used in racing.. In europe though..

By running gear i presume you mean the gear box and rear end.. Its a stiff rear axel from Ford Escort MK 1/Mk 2 (european), the gearbox is a Quaife 4 speed "dog-shift".. The same as a Ford 9000E or Rocket IIRC.. The same gear box as in the european Ford Sierra...

But also a smal video from a few months ago, when we dyno'ed it
