A pice of art!
I just had to post this.. Because it`s going to be so beutiful
 I am a great fan of nice looking engien components and especially exhausts headers... A couple of months ago, I ordered a new exhaust for my locost, because the old one was not perfect.. The guy who I ordered it from is a true genius when it comes to welding exhausts... The technical advantages of my new exhaust is that it will raise the torq and it will be on top about 800-1000 rpm lower than the old one.. Almost the same for the hp, but I will probably lose a few hp, but get a much smoother curve overall.. The guy is completing it tonight.. and I was down in his workshop today for a sneak.. And i took some pics Completed pics will come tomorrow

6 picture says more than 6000 words....
The end muffler is way to small and to loud for competition.. But tomorrow I'm going to a car show with it, and hadn't time to fit the biger one... But the sound with this small one was incredible  The pic with the car outside is the first test after the winter, and you can see the heat is making the pipes a bit more purple/gold Last edited by LotusLocost; 05-13-2006 at 10:00 AM.

Cut out the lid today for the exhaust
And mounted the big muffler.. so saturday it will be conected together.. And livery for the season is also coming on.. Hoping for a test on tuesday next week ohh boy... I'm looking forward to that
