Quite a step down from someone who intended to buy a 911 at first. Im 6" and i fit perfectly fine in a 1973 911 i once sat in. i don't see how 3' more would affect you that much, all you need is a gurney bump.

But still, its your first car, and congratulations... Don't let anyone ruin this precious moment by telling you how THEY don't like it. I am expecting a LOT of that as I bought my self a civic this week. eesh!

Great car Colin, although I wouldn't have bought such a car. One year till I get my Clio...

I like your truck, Colin.

IMO, it is much better than that vulgar and disgusting piece of machinery which is called the Ford F-150. I've seen a few GMC trucks in Australia. They are relatively rare vehicles though... you will not see many GMC trucks on Australian city streets or country streets.

Enjoy it.

Do you want to pay to have a custom roof and head liner welded?

If a 6ft 4er can fit in a 911, I'm sure Colin could lol

Colin, don't go for 22inchers, it'd be soooo unbelieveable uncomfortable, I spent a large amount of time in Ben's Dad's imported Chevy Colorado LT Crew Cab 3.0TD, it's 22inchers make the truck feel too busy all the time, road noise is unbelieveable annoying and you can feel every sodding imperfection in the road, speedbumps are back breaking, go for something a little smaller, 19's or 20's for example would be a far better bet.

nice truck but the price you pay at the gas pumps will be painful

If a Hummer H2 can get 1 mpg when you put your foot down, since the Sierra/Yukon/Tahoe/Silverado has the same underpinnings as the H2, would your truck get 1 mpg if you put your foot down?
(i'm going to ignore aerodynamics)

no, add the wind profile of a brick, and about 1500-2000 pounds and maybe.
