It Finally Happened

I did it, sealed the deal. My new baby is now actually my baby. She's a Gold 1998 Grand Prix GT. This one had been mentioned before. She is the first car the i actually will own. Once its insured and all that legal junk. the needs a tid bit of body work but nothing major.

Tomorrow i will definitely try to get some good pictures and to EggNogg it.

Cool dude, except a gold Grand Prix is a car I would picture my grandfather in.

Enjoy your purchase anyway.

I didn't say it looks bad, it's just that a gold car for me has always been associated to old persons. Red could be awesome, GP's look very good in that color, especially with polished OEM wheels.

I'd like to know how much you pay for gas for a week, I got a 2.2-liter Toyota I4 and sometimes it digs a hole perhaps too big in my pockets...

I read the thread title and thought you were referring to losing your virginity.

One night you're gonna come home from a long night of drinking and you're going to get stabbed in the throat by a madman wielding a rusty spork.

that's actually already happened.
twice.
although technically, the second time the spork was wielded by a llama.

Like Quiggs said, Auto-X GP.

Drop it, tint it, and paint it black.

Ahhh, the timeless styling of the Grand Am. Its influence is still felt today in Pontiac's GTO and G8.

Congratulations on your first car! I remember the day I got my first car (1992 Honda Civic Si) and how excited I was to be driving my own car for the first time. Everytime you buy a new car, you get a similar feeling, but it's not always the same as buying your first car.
