MRR, you are a living god. I would love to have this car - it looks great in black as well.

What was the miles? Maybe give us a little review?

I rode in a 4-door 330 once, the acceleration was superb. Very nice car indeed.

Congratulations on the car. A straight six BMW is a brilliant choice.

Enjoy it.

pretty handsome cars these, my aunt & uncle just got a dark blue on beige late '04 3litre M-Sport Cabrio. looks the part, sounds the part, probably goes like stink, but sadly, like my cousins Z4 2.2i it's an Auto... I really don't know whether I'd rather have an E46 3-series Coupe/Cabrio or an Audi A4 Cabriolet...

I got it with around 23400 miles on it (low for a 3 year old car in the US). Ive already got it up to 25000 but I that will probably stop soon since I don't typically drive more than 6-8000 miles a year.

Its simply fantastic to drive though and the transmission is one of the best. The acceleration is quick and linear and the brakes are the best I have ever used in a thus far. It has the performance package (probably called M-Sport in Canada and Europe) that gave it a 10 hp boost, different steering, higher final drive ratio, and a short throw ZF gearbox in place of the standard Getrag.

The only scary part is when you are going up or down a drive way or into a parking lot down a hill you can scrape the underside of the front bumper if you are not careful or on too steep of an incline (you thankfully cannot see the damage underneath but I try to avoid it nonetheless).

Mine has the sports seats as well but I have never found them uncomfortable (maybe in part because I got cloth/alcantra instead of leather). I am a smaller person though which might have something to do with my opinion on its comfort but I think the car is a great highway, long haul car.
