My new ride !

A Renault Clio 1.6 16V from 2001. I bought her friday evening, cleaned her on saturday (interior) and cruised all day saturday . Going to the car wash tomorrow to clean the outside. The car has everything I need, airco, power windows, power mirrors, leather, power glass sunroof, nice 16" special Mille Miglia wheels (with mighty expensive tyres around them, that's the downside).

No, 18" are too big for this car. 18" is ugly. And I like these rims, I'm not sure if Renault even offers 18" wheels for Clio's. And I'll never buy non car-brand rims. I want the logo on the wheels.

18" would require a rediculously low profile tire, and I've heard Belgium doesn't have the greatest roads in the world. Stick with 16s. You're already running a 45 profile. Even going to 17 would put you on ~35 series. You'd be able to feel driving over a pencil.

Indeed, we don't have the best roads over here (it's a joy when you cross the boarder to France, best highways ever). And there is no reason to go bigger than 16" except for bling reasons and these wheels are already bling enough for me.

That car shares little to no body panels with the front engined Clio.

I dont really trust the carwash, with all their giant machines. But I guess it would be easier with something that large

But that's a totally different car.
The shape is vaguely similar and the badge on the front's the same, that's about it

Lagonda .. as well as a welcome and those ARE nice pics of a nice car, the next comment from UCPers is to ask you to take "The Egg-Nog Offical UCP ownership challenge". To do this get a sheet of paper, write your UCP nickname and any suitable message, stick it over the gearstick and take a picture to post here. THEN there is no debate on your ownership. Jsut a bit of fun
