Not only. The also did the engine on the 16-vavle 190E Mercs for instance.

Owned. They sold it to Mahle IIRC. In fact Cosworth was split when they bought it, because they didn't bought all the company.

Eh? Hogwarts doesn't allow such behaviour during term-time.

IIRC, Ford's Sierra was available in Europe from 1982, GMC Sierra's don't come to Europe thus I don't believe they have to pay for the name as they don't conflict due to them not being available on the same continent.
