igot a bit bored of the car to be honest people were getting mad at me for just driving past saying i drive to fast and all those kinda stuff and i finally got enough money to get myself my fave mercedes i am so happy wid it and its much faster to

I thought it was the other way around, as when you chop a cars roof off, you lose the structural rigidity, so more and more metalwork is required to stop the car flopping about

I think it was designed as a convertible, so adding a hardtop adds weight.
