One of the few nice looking Peugeots not to mention nice looking French cars. Front wheel drive diesel sports cars do not exactly fill one with exitement though. Like most French cars the preocupation with being different does not always make a better result. Imagine this with a V6 rear wheel drive set up. Youll have to I guess. |

Looks nice. Although I'd rather keep my Peugeot 505 Turbo from 1986 rather then buy this. I still think it's worth the money that anyone spends on it. Once again Peugeot shows it's pride in a coupe! |

with the recent addition of the 2.2HDi diesel engine, the 406 Coupe now combines one of the best engines in the world with an already flawless bodywork. Hopefully the RC diamond version with has the same engine, but slightly tweaked, will make it to the production line as well. May the Americans finally put aside their prejudice against diesel powered cars, because these cars produce exactly the amount of torque they are used to and reduce fuel consumption by 50% or more. |

Pininfarina and Peugeot hit the nail right on the head with the Peugeot 406 Coupe. It combines the elegance and style seen only in Pininfarina's Ferrari designs with the Peugeot 406 chassis making this elegance and style available for the masses. With powerful 2 and 3 liter engines the 406 Coupe isn't all show either. A big thumbs up for Peugeot and Pininfarina for building one of the most beautiful cars money can buy! |
