 With low production numbers and cutting-edge technologies, I seriously doubt this is going to be cheaper than the Lotus Elise. Why does this matter? Because if it's not cheaper than the Elise, they're not going to sell any.

 "Fashion-styled luggage" on a car without doors? This car is designed for an imaginary niche market consisting of one or two people. And even THEY might not exist.

 Interesting concept but nothing that exciting. Being doorless could be a marketing weakness as the Avocet may well be perceived as another component kit car.

Might all come down to price but I think without having doors this may well be sales failure.
