I wouldn't have payed that much for it. It's a nice looking car, and I'm sure 105hp was probably really good back then, but do you know what kind of cars you could get for $110-130,000?! Anyway, from what I've seen so far on this site (I, personally, don't know a TON about cars just yet), I'd say this was probably a very nice car back then. It looks nice, and 105hp is okay even for today. The new Mini Cooper only has about 115hp. |

well my first question is why didnt this car sell for only 110,000 to 130,000 in '03??? it seems like that is NOTHING for this car. also does anyone know if 105 hp was groundbreaking for this year??? and how about the 43 bhp/liter...was this considered a super car in the late 40's? the body style is cutting edge and classy for this era. |
