Please note: if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address and this causes your order not to be delivered, we reserve the right to wait until the order is returned to us by the mail service before reshipping your order. This can take up to 8 weeks for non North American mail as its returned to us via surface mail. I would like to order 1000 t-shirts for immediate delivery to Nigeria. I will pay by Credit Card. Can you ship these to me? No. We don't accept orders from or ship to Nigeria (and some other countries) due to a high incidence of fraud. The financial (PayPal) portion of the order is instantaneous. We will receive your order electronically and proceed to ship your items out within 2 business days. Delivery times vary once the item is shipped depending on your global location. Can I enter different billing and shipping addresses? Yes, you can enter two different addresses when ordering online. All correspondence relating to the order and payment will be sent by email to the billing address. The product will be delivered to the address given as the shipping address. How do I return an order? We do all we can to exchange or return items, if you are not satisfied with the quality or size of your shirts. First, you must request a return authorization from our customer service department. We do not accept any returns which have not received return authorization. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt as we will not accept returns after 30 days. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We do not have an exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your shirt please send the shirt back to us for a credit on the cost of the shirt and then contact us so we can set up a new order for the size you wish to order. Note: we do not accept returns on washed or worn shirts. What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service department for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted? We want to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so we begin working on your order shortly after you submit it. Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate.
