This car is stunning to look at. This is the kind of car that the sopranos would ride around in. It's engine is very good too, because if you're say, cruising around and demanding protection money it runs on 4 cylinders but if the cops start chasing you then it'll run on all 8 of 'em. It is a nightmare to handle. America claims to be a democratic country but the traction control gives you no freedom in a fashion that frustrates you and makes you want to get very far, far away from it. |
| No AWD will kill this vehicle |

Virtually all of the European Automakers offer their touring sedans (and wagons) in an AWD configuration regardless of the primary drive (FWD or RWD). The 300M was a winner with FWD. This 300C has awesome looks and the RWD that many sports enthusiasts prefer. But not everbody lives in the desert. Foul weather demands FWD as a minimum. If Chrysler wants to produce an RWD in the tradition of their German parent, that's great BUT Mercedes is smart enough to offer the 4matic. RWD without AWD option is a step backwards. |

Finally I can come back to an american made car that fits my needs. I love the new design of the 300-C. I left chrysler products alone after the cab forward design with front wheel drive came about. Many of us in Northern California just dont care for the front wheel drive designs when it comes to a performance vehicle. Now I can breath a sigh of relief as I can support american made again with the 300C. I am anxiously awaiting for the date to place my order for my customized version. I was completely blown away by this car. I currently drive a 01 LHS and before that a 98 Concorde. I still think that these two sedans are the most gorgeous cars on the road. I love the sleek cab forward look. Now I have seen the next 300 and I am in love. This car is stunning. I am already making plans to own one. Though I will miss the cab forward design I am ready to embrace this new design direction. The new Chrysler 300 will be a welcome site in my driveway. |

I was settling for the DODGE SRT-8 because of the Hemi powerplant but the 300 C is more the style and size for me...meet my next car! Whipple industries is completing design specs and will produce the dual screw Supercharger for the 5.7, and it is their SC that was sitting on the SRT-8 show cars this year. Base price for the 300 C is rumored to be $30K, which is less than the SRT-8. That will leave me the cash to get the Whipple unit onto the powerplant for 430hp and 480 ft/pds of torque. Put the AWD behind it and flying lessons (and an open road) are all that I will need. |

We have the very nice 300 M, now we get the terrible ugly 300C. Whatg are happening at Chrysler?. Gone are the cab forward design and the wonderful design of the 1996 LHX concept and 1998 Chronos concept. Also the classic Atlantic coupe. When do this terrible trend stop. Chrysler have been innovative, now it's backwards. Wake up guys. |

I'll buy one tomorrow if it comes with AWD. Does anyone know if a larger or stretched version of this vehicle will be produced...To compete with Deville/DTS like say, a New Yorker or Imperial? Opendoorpolicy |

It's nice car but what about all wheel drive version? 345 ponies plus AWD ... it will be a dream for all sporty drivers. |

The Dodge version of this concept is supposed to have a blown version of the 5.7 Hemi V8 which pumps out like 375-400-some-odd horses. I would think it would be reasonable to suspect the 300C to benefit from the same powerplant. I love the direction that Chrysler is headed in, both in this concept and the new Crossfire coupe. What ever happened, for that matter, to the Dodge Razor concept. I loved it. Sigh. Sorry for the ramble. |

Correct me if im wrong, but wasnt there a Convertable Concept that was called the Hemi C concept. i know that this Page calls it 300C, but the badge states Hemi C. is this slated for production yet? and if so, will it be called Hemi C, or are we looking at the next Letter series, the 300 N? |

This car will be powered by the revived Chrysler Hemi engine, which was legendary in the 60's. It now has two plugs per cylinder, displaces 5.7 litres and produces about 345 HP. Oh, and it will be built in Brampton, Canada, Near Toronto. See the Hemi Magnum concept from January's Detroit show for another model to be built on the same line. |
| Nice, very nice |

A pretty revolutionary car... definitely shows Chrysler is moving away form the cab-forward designs that got kind of boring when extended to the lesser Daimler-Chrysler cars. I'm guessing this is exactly what will bring fear to the Impalas and Crown Vics out there, seems a much nicer, less bland, and still traditional car. I'm loving the design, as said below, it looks a bit Caddy, with a definite Chrysler grille. Well-executed, I guess the recent trend in their concepts is finally coming together in this. |
| quite a surprise |
| haseeb-exotic 17-4-2003 |
this is quite a surprise from chrysler.from the front the grille & lights reminds me of the rolls royce phantom & from the back the whole design resembles the cadillas cts. |
