New Camera! WOOT!!

i just got a new Canon EOS 300D/Digital Rebel and sigma 28-90 F3.5-5.6 macro and 70-300 F4-5.6 macro super II lenses. i am very pleased this far with the new equipment. hopefully i will be attending a small ferrari owners gatheringthis week and will get some great pics

i love the performance of the camera. ive used it with the kit lens and the 2 lenses i bought. i think the kit lense is fine, but i hear soon you would wanna upgrade, but youre better off starting with that if ur new to DSLRs. the 28-90mm sigma is great, quick autofocus. not a great wide angle though, i think my next lens purchase may be the canon 17-45(i think)L lens. havent really gotten to test out the long range of the 70-300mm yet, but ill let you know. i think that for your first DSLR the Digital Rebel is a great cam. although a lot of money, it is far cheaper than other DSLRs. i bought from beach camera, and had no troubles. i hear their in-store esrvice isnt great, but go to beachcamera.com and check out what deals they have.
