Thanks :) The blue Alfa is also my favorite, and is only driven in summertime when the weather is good.

I also love alfas, but those are not the hottest...
My father also had a 164 twin spark. Underpowered, but nice...

McReis: Yeah, the Alfa 164 TS is nice and a great cruiser - but a bit to "lazy" for my needs! ;)

All I wanted was a GTA 1300 with the flaired wheelarches, or the GTAM. :D

Revo: Thank you. The black 16" Speedline wheels on the Q4, is from a 155 Twin Spark fitted with Sportskit1 by Alfa Romeo. Its my winterwheels - i got some nice 17" for summertime.

Great Alfa's fellow Alfista. ;)

The blue one looks familiar. :D

You were at Spettacolo Sportivo Alfa Romeo on the Zandvoort racetrack this year, weren't you? :)

Yes, thats right. :D It was a great Alfa-meeting at Zandvoort, by the way. I will try to be at Spettacolo Sportivo again next year. :)

Heheh........you're already more than welcome.

I even talked with the leader of the SCARB Alfa 33 Register.
We talked for several minutes about your car.
Nothing else but good words. ;)
A shame that it isn't a dutch car, he would gladly see it in his register. :D
A true beauty, keep it that way.
The series 2 is getting pretty rare these days.

I'll return anyway, the place to be.
This year was with the 155, next year GTV6.

:) Well, actually i have signed up in the SCARB Alfa 33 register under the name Thomas, i think it was. :) But unfortunally i dont understand dutch, so i cant really use the forum that well. And i dont know how to opload a picture of my Alfas in there??

I will offcourse take good care of the blue 33. ;) At this moment im working on getting some new Colombo & Bariani cams and yellow Koni dampers mounted this winter.

Can't help you with that mate.

I guess you already recieved my mail.

Sounds good.
A major improvement. :D
It will become more and more a kart, let's say i have experience with it. ;)
But the 16v hadn't C&B cams, the thing was fast enough. :)

Alfist-gtv6: Yes, im looking forward to test it in summertime - im sure its all fun! :D

I have a boxer 16V fitted in my blue 33, too - its pretty fast, but im sure the C&B cams will make it even better. :)

Q-MAN: Well, its a frontwheel drive Alfa Romeo 33 1.7 QV serie 2 from 1987. Original fitted with a 1.7 liter 8 valve boxerengine with 2 twin carburator. Its now changed with a little more powerfull 1.7 liter 16V boxerengine with fuel injection, and another gearbox, with a few changes for a shorter and faster gearshift.

The car is fully restored in year 2003, and repainted in a custom blue paint. I only use this Alfa in summertime, but not only for cruising and show/meetings. I also use it for some trackday events every year.

Here's a list of some of the changes, from the original car:

Custom blue paint
16V Boxerengine and gearbox from a serie 3
Larger radiator
Powersteering
Alfa Romeo sports steering wheel
2½" Iresa racing exhaust
Toned rearlight from a 33 Sportswagon serie 3
Lowered with Eibach springs
Ronal A1 aloy wheels (hard to find these days)
Adjustable Koni dampers (not fitted yet)
Colombo & Bariani racing cams (not fitted yet)
