that first one is a new E-class(maybe E500-Avantgarde or elegance)

Considering the look of the other cars involved in the crash, the S-Class seems to have gotten away pretty well :)
As Jeremy Clarkson says, "It's German, and therefore hewn from a solid block of granite". Well, he said that about the old 911 actually, but it seems to work for the S-Class regardless...

Don't know what it is, but it isn't a soft-top.
You can see where the rear three-quarter has been chopped by the rescue service.
This was a tin-top once.
