Return of the Avatar Thief!!

I remember a whil back someone had the complaint that 'Merill' had copied a custom avatar from somebody else, which was the wheelwell of an Enzo Ferrari. Well, I just saw another post of his, and at first thought it was a double post. Indeed, it wasn't. This pisses me off......

put the blame on me........he asked me to make him an avatar and sent me the pics per mail.
aside from the pics there was another avatar as attachment which I thought of it was his old one.......I didn't recognize it was yours.
so I made a composite of this and the new pics....sorry.

I think it would be the best if I made a new one without your pics.

I think that is a bit extreme, I changed his avatar and PM'ed him as to why we (as a forum) do not approve of avatar "theft", he apologised and no harm was done.
