I don't if you or someone noticed it, but hat car isn't a Dino 246, but actually the early prototipe. The concept that made Dino into production. Thia has 3 seats and the driver goes in the midlle just like in the McLaren F1

They weren't really driving the F1 in the snow - just moving it between buildings where it was stored for the winter.

It is gravel and not snow. Like the other poster mentioned, it is not a Veyron, but instead is the 18:3 Chiron. I think the Chiron concept was a better design than the squished-Beetle look of the Veyron.

It almost looks like the bugatti chiron is on the bonneville salt flats. The tires are slightly covered with a white dust and it left a clearly defined trail behind it, so either its salt flats somewhere or its on very very fine gravel.
