FYI,
It's a 2001 Ford Mustang Cobra, the rarest year of the 32v/4.6L units, pushing just around 357 HP at the crank. No big mods, just a 32v modular motor with the all-aluminum Italian Teknid block and a Tremec T3650 5-speed.......... and the absolute last year of the factory N/A Cobras by Ford's SVT division.

BTW, you can't tell from the sepia-toned pic, but it's Mineral Grey....... a color limited to only 514 Cobra coupes in '01 and discontinued alltogether in mid '03.

Yea, it's not much. But hey, it could be worse. The bumper got broken last Christmas when I slid into a fire hydrant...
All stock, except the exhaust was replaced after it rusted. And in a week, I'm having my stereo installed.

I don't really beleive you. Why? Because you claim it has "NOS", and because it's actually got a V6...

It only looks like it says V8 in the little picture, which I imagine is why you said that. Moreover, it clearly shows no signs of a nitrous oxide setup.

Nitrous Oxide is difficult to install, and there is no doubt in my mind that you don't have the faintest clue how to do it. Besides, you haven't covered your ass for saying it had a V8 yet :)

Haha u got that 6 confused with the 8 big mistake. I dont think ive seen a front wheel drive v12 that would fit into that engine bay. Goog luck. And yes i know your mate does not own this.

My XYyet again more photoscan be seen of it in the my falcon section. The finalplate has sat there doing nothing all week and with my tripto the summernats its notgoing to get any work done. After the last plate is done ill get a pic of then and then off to one of my oldmans mates whos a pannel beater by trade to get the rust out of the sill rear 1/4 and "gasp" the fuel tank.

Mine is red (like the one on the 1st pic), and I've got some other wheels on it.
It's a 2.0 16v Twin Spark, 4 cilinder.

It should go about 210 km/h, and the acceleration from 0-100 km/h should be done in 9 seconds.

Not bad, for my first car I think.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to kick some vw golfs' asses :D

I think, sometime, when I've got some cash again, I'll change some things in the engine (maybe chiptuning or something).

To explain things a little bit for the connoisseurs (I know there are a few among you) this isn't a Renault 12. It's a Dacia 1300, romanian version of the Renault 12 & it was made in 1974. The original 1.3L 54HP engine was replaced with a Renault 5 Turbo one(not by me, the previous owner), gearbox taken from a Renault Fuego (very crappy) & the suspension kit was transplanted & custom fitted from a Dacia Nova Rally Kitcar. With some other minor "adjustments" (new injection kit, sparkplugs, exhaust, airfilter & new gear ratios) the car turned out to be a pretty fast little bugger. The Billstein shock absorbers could easily give you a severe headache after a little "piloting" and you could give a lot of "fast cars" a run for their money, especially with the car's wolf in sheep clothes appearance. The power is in the range of 140-145HP at the wheels (yes FW drive), as tested on the test bank (dyno as you call it) so I guess it has about 170HP at the flywheel. From some not very trustful sources (wrist watch with chronometer) the 0-100km/h(0-62mph) are about 6.8-7.2sec & the 0-400m(qt mile) times are around 14.6-15.4sec.(depending on the road surface & reaction time of-course :) ). I know it isn't much but I trully loved this car & it was a hell of a lot of fun to drive (only 850Kg without me in it). Unfortunately it's gone now, I sold it cus of some financial problems (I'm still a student), but I'm especially proud of it because it was the first car I ever bought with my own money, my previous car was a tuned 190E, a 1 year project funded entirely by my father. I loved the both cars equally & each of them has a special place in my heart, hope you liked the pictures! :)
