Dinner, a' La Chef Colin

here is what i made for dinner one night:

Proper French Side Salad

Carmella of mint and ricotta (i always make my own pasta dough)

Pancetta Wrapped Scallops on celeriac puree

Molten Chocolate (chocolate cake with a soft liquid chocolate espresso center)

LOL, we seem to have the same kind of appetite Niko :) Good thing I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for the past two months. Getting rid of those "kilitos" I told you about.

Close, it's a diminutive for kilos in Spanish. I told Niko once that since moving to Mexico, I've gained a few kilos cuz the food here is really good. Gotta lose em' before hitting the beach:D

field greens salad with honey mustard dressing, and shredded jicama and carrots

molten chocolate with bourbon saice and raspberries



note: my marble island counter top makes a return! hehe

Looks quite tasty. That reminds me to work on my cooking, 19 years old and really crappy cooking skills, the horror. While my dad is a master chef, isn't in the restaurant bussiness but he is an extraordinary cook. Cooking skills are good to impress the girls ;)

oh, just a tip: it's "chez le chef Colin" or just "chez Colin", sounds better. ;)
