This is the Aoshima 'Euro Club MGB Racer' kit, about 1:23 scale. This was a great model to build, although I had just a few initial problems with painting, it paid off later, and that was the only real diffictuly I had building it. The kit featured parts (but not instructions) for also building it stock, though I chose to go with the race type. I am still debating with myslelf on whether I should put the liscense plates on, thus placing one on the hood, or keeping them off. As of now, (since I have no white paint), I have only painted the vinyl top, although with the roll bar in the way it would be a physical impossibily to have on a racing MGB. I am still waiting to get some white paint to paint the removable hardtop roof, which looks like this-

In terms of quality, this one is by far better than any other model I have ever built, though it may not look like it from the pix. All that I need to do besides the roof is touch up the spots below the doors where the paint didn't initially catch.
Here are a bunch of pix, although I don't really have any of the building process. :o
Finished in Tamiya Racing Green. :D

That's the Chrysler Building, mind you. ;)

Very nice! Would look a bit more realistic if you painted the rims silver to get rid of that toy-like kit plating.
