Due to the disses Hubcaps have been getting in the worst rims thread, I create this thread to show you there are some nice looking 'caps!

maybe someone should invent a hubcap, that is actually, a rim, and is in fact, not a hubcap at all, but a real rim, made as cheaply as a steel rim, but with spokes instead of the little holes

Then we'd just be dissing the cheap steel rims that are trying to look like alloys. Also, the reason they're designed as they are is so they are strong for a long time. I'd imagine if it was spoked, it'd be tough to avoid bending in hard cornering. There's more stress on wheels nowadays than in the time of the old wire rims.
