New M7

last time i was talking about the M7 i was not realy sure but now i got some info that i would like to share them with you :p
the M7 is supose to have 700+hp :rolleyes: and is more likly to have a 7 speed manual with a 7.0Land a V12 engine

the bad news is that this car might not be under production untill the next 7 generation but here are some pics i got :cool:

yeh i know it is and i already said that the M7 wont be designed untill the the facelift of the 7 arrives...........that pic is just what people think it might look like :p

I actually doubt that they will make an M version of the 7-series at all. The company has really never seen a market for one, with the M5 around. The 7 has always been marketed at successful businessmen, and other people who aren't really enthusiasts. I'd bet a good $50 that they'll never make one.

well i think theres definately a market for one with the XJR and S65 AMG, but BMW might think the 760i is good enough for the buyers wanting more performance

The difference is FASTEST refers to speed and QUICKEST refers to elapsed time to achieve a given speed or distance. :)

IE: 150 mph is FAST ..... 0-60 in 6 seconds is QUICK

well i see you r point but for this year both car had aprocimatly the same time but the MB was like 0.8 sec faster .&that is after 5 years of BMW waiting for sombody to come and compete with the M5 :p now the new M5 will become again the fastest car well that is what we r waiting for we cant realy know..But i think it will be look at the old M5 how many hp and the new one how many hp and it was a V8 now a V10 i gess it will be the fastes again

If it comes out it will be pointless. Who wants 700bhp in a luxury car. And, it will be limited to 155mph, so you may as well have a 745i or something better like an S500.

If you're comparing the best supersaloons you can't leave out the Audi RS6: stunningly beautiful and if I'm not mistaking slightly quicker (or faster :confused: ) than the Mercedes and the BMW.

I also think that BMW won't produce that M7 (a shame, because those are some very impressive figures), because there already exists a 'hot' 7-series, the Alpina B7: 500 bhp

Thanks to Chris Bangle for ruining BMW (Break my Windows). I really hope he gets fired, and alll previous designs are restored. The original BMW design from the days of the E30 needs to be revived so BMW can once again be known as a great car company. :(

it still is a great car company it just has a few awful looking cars like the 7 series. i seriously think the day mr. bangle was going in to design the rear of the new 7 he fell down a few flights of stairs.

well i hope that 2 i think he should be in an jap company he will work well there but i still beleive that BMW r still gr8 cars and will always be because of their gr8 engine :p

Maybe so the E55 W203 mer is but the the e39 m5 u are referring to is now getting old... there will soon be a e60 M5 V10 6.0 450kw coming... so u better watch out.. :p :p

The first I’ve ever heard of the M7 was when I saw the car on the streets of Toronto riding the buss (near 427 and dundas). It was a white car and looked like that mustard car in the picture with those rims. Some black guy was driving it and I totally couldn’t believe what I saw, it even had that signature M7 on the back like the M5 and it looked like the real deal.

Just wanted to know if you guys have any more sightings of this amazing car to share.
