I was just wondering what downloading sites you guys use (If you do), I've had a range of them, Kazaa(most popular),Bareshare (growing in rep) and soulseek. just wondering if anyone else here had antother one which you were quite fond of, and for the more advanced computers guys, DC++ was also intresting (if you don't know what it is don't ask, it's differcult). I also understand if this thread is locked.

eMule is quite good, i use bearshare more often though

Same here, Havent got anything bad since I downloaded it about 6 months ago. Its fast and usually reliable. :)

All that's happened so far is they've not become big enough to warrant the attention of the maggots who develop viruses :(

overnet, which is better known as edonkey... had it for about 6 months, and i am virus/spyware free. other good ones if u wanna look into them are soulseek, win mx, limewire. dunno of bearshare, cuz this is the 1st time i've heard of it :o

ive used limewire for a long time and not had any problems. i strongly recomend it.

Thanks alot guys, I think i might have to try all of them:D:D Seems no-ones heard of DC++ tough, i personally found that differcult to use.:(

im also one of the lime wire users. had it for about 2 weeks and love it. Easy to use and downloads are fast !
i use to have winmx, but it stopped working and i didnt really like it that much. it was hard to use and could never get a song to download :mad:

Kazaa is crap now... Limewire isn't too bad. They all diminish in the end, the trick is to find new ones when they are relatively new.

I myself use Limewire if im looking to download a specific song or something, and use Bittorrent for movies and programs (all files over 50-100meg...)... I used to have Kazaa but I grew tired of the viruses and gave it up. The problem with bittorrent is that you dont always find what u want, you'll have to take what they offer... and since suprnova.org closed its getting even harder... any suggestions? I nowdays use piratebay.org (swedish site) and its ok, but i think suprnova was better still...
