I hate it from experience. When I first got on the net back in the early 90s, it was on Prodigy, then when they went belly-up, I went to AOL. Their service sucked, it was virtually impossible to connect and when I tried to quit, they kept charging my bank account anyway. They even sent me a "How to Use AOL" book that I told them I didn't want, and when I returned it, they never refunded my money.
Want any more reasons why I hate AOL?

Impossible to connect. Try getting broadband then, And not being able to connect only shows how popular they are

The fact that it came free with a packet of cereal should have been some indicator of AOL's err... "potential".
