the car I posted had nothing on the windshield and the one you posted has some sort of banner type of deal... and the licence plates are different too...

just thought i may correct something here, the pics with "S - GO 446" is taken at Leipzig and NOT at the EZW ( weissach ) and on the windshild it says "Porsche Sportfahrschule Leipzig"....
and no, "Sport Auto" they didnīt test two cars at nordschleife the one with 448 plate is a US spec version and only that one had been tested that day...

I saw one when driving on the highway in Florida. It was black and it truely does sound close to a formula one car. It was black and dam did it move through traffic like no other.

A lot of car companies and bike companies patent their designs now.
The patents are pretty basic.
Just picturs of the car from the different views.
The reason though is that it means you can't make a replica and you also have to pay royalties even for Toys that look the same.
Ferrari, porsche, Honda, Yamaha, Piaggio, Lexus, Toyota and many more now do it.

Unfortunately the all of the US patent drawings I have seen are so ham-fisted and inaccurate, you could probably argue that an exact copy of the CGT (or whatever car it was) didn't actually contravine the patent, because it isn't the same as what is shown in the drawings.
I don't know if it is the same for the patent drawings in other countries.
Why can't they submit CAD drawings that are 100% accurate to the actual design they are trying to protect?
Or even just get someone who can draw a bit better?
