Lamborghini Miura as you said in another thread

but when asking "which car was considered to be the First exotic car?" it's not the jeopardy-style. It has to be: This car was considered to be the first exotic.

more than 22,000,000 Golf have been built, but over 28,000,000 Corollas.

I don't know why everbody says the Golf is the most built.
I thought so for along time too but I looked it up.

Which is the only successful land-speed-record run not to have taken place on land?
Give driver, car and where it actually was.

Matra et Alpine

Apollo moon machine buggy - given by land = earth :)

All the records at Bonneville, it's dried salt flats, not really "land" is it :)

But I guess you really mean Henry Ford in the Ford Arrow on (frozen) Lake St Clair :)

Turbonutter55

Yes, it WAS Henry Ford. How is the moonbuggy a record? It did 15mph max (unless you count the rocket as its speed!).
Next q: The Land Rover Discovery/ LR3 has an unusual number of what?

emperor
04-17-2005, 06:02 PM
Well, Covini C6W was Ferrucio Covini's concept, but I'm asking about a car from which Covini took inspiration when designing C6W. (from the 70's)

IBrake4Rainbows

This car was accidently built with too large a body, due to some engineers failing to realise that the new material they were making it of did not shrink as it was cured.
