Never start a sentance with the word "and" or "but".

Always start a sentance with a capital letter.

If you intend to contract the phrase "I am" then you need to use an apostrophe to indicate to the world that you aren't a simpleton who thinks that "im" is a word.

You also need to capitalise the "I" when refering to yourself.

It is traditional for a full stop or "period", as the quaint colonials refer to it, to appear at the end of a sentance.

Grammar: making you look less stupid since the 13th century.

A bit off topic questions (and "noobish", if you find theese questions too naive, you don't have to answer):

Is there a way for members (not moderators) to determine someones IP?
How can you determine IP if someone is using a proxy?
What are other methods to hide your IP? (pure curiosity, I do not intend on doing anything like that)

Mods can do it because i believe theres an ip button or something like that which give ur ip.

I know various places that you can use to locate the IP once youve found the IP .. but too often have I been given the loction of the ISP and not the user .. thats really backfired on me sometimes :D

At least I make the effort, rather than sitting back and allowing myself to come across as an idiot, as far too many people are content to do on the internet.

You can leave punctuation out if you want, but most of the time things will come across as ambiguous or say something you didn't intend.

I feel that it would become a bit tiresome after a while though.

As long as a sentence on a forum is easily readable, does it have to grammatically correct down to the tinest detail? It's not that big of a deal. It's not an english class, it's a forum.

True. But every now and again there are some that don't make sense.
