agreed and now in the rules.
Otherwise, every town in America can boast an oval track and it makes it too easy.

I should maybe have added that it had to have held an INTERNATIONAL meeting before it qualifies.

oh, and DasModel/lfb666, I think using the same track twice is cheating :)
What is the name it is commonly known by and that's the one to stick with.
Good try though !!!!!

Ultima Test track?

No, can't let that one in Mororer or everyone would have taken the answers to the first set of questions and added "test track" on the end.

Good try though, you get an extra point for cheek :)

yep, I think we're finally beaten.

Checking at sTracks (http://www.etracksonline.co.uk) they don't have anything listed for X :(

And NO I wasn't going to give away the url until after we'd all had guesses :)

Not I, you guys are in a league of your own, I couldn't have come up with a 1/3 of that list even with 'net searching. :)

It just looked like it would have been a difficult letter to get, I figured it would have been a bicycle track deep in China or something just as obscure. ;)

Since im Aussie i'll clear everything up. Queensland raceway is different to the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast is an area of land along the Queensland coastline also known as Surfers Paradise which holds the 2nd last round of Indy. Its the one Paul Tracy wrapped up the championship at last year and where Russel Ingall won both support races in a V8 Supercar for those who got coverage for the V8 Supercar support round. Russel Ingall also won the V8 Supercar round at Queensland raceway last year as well.

Ryan Hunter-Ray a rookie won his first win and the gold coast round this year under a red flag that race was more of a comady then a fair dinkum race.

i know Tracy didnt win the race, but his main competitor had to score points in order to take the championship to the final round and he DNF'd so Tracy didnt even have to finish either to win the championship. he was something like 25 points ahead

A dilemma :)

If you had asked me this question at the start, I would have said NO becuase ice racing is too specific ( it opens up lots of other tracks used for one-off's )

BUT, it's the only X, so I rule it's valid and we manged the whole alphabet.

Well done DasModell, you win 10 extra points.

( course the only prize is the adulation of fellow ucp'ers )
