A prime example of this is Highway to your heart by David Hasselhoff. I downloaded the song to see how bad he was and ended up liking it in a twisted gay penguin sorta way.
And the strange thing is i'm not German...

Dragostea Din Tei somewhat falls into this category, and Barbie Girl by Aqua. (these come to mind, Barbie Girl being more funny/satirical than good)

its total crap, heard it ones, but its sooo cute a lot of people really like it
for me - all songs made by jeff buckley. they are so boring and just wrong i like listening to it :D

Yngwie Malmsteen's "I am a Viking" has the most brutally awful singing/lyrics you'll ever hear, but the guitar (solo especially) rocks. It's very much a love/hate song.
