I would buy a Acura TL with A-Spec package. It's a 4-door sedan, and you could count on the navigation system when you're lost. I think it also have a DVD player and rear-view camera. With all these functions and accessories, it still cost less than $40,000.

Hmm, that's a tough decision given the budget limitations, but I think I'll go for a Mercedes E class sedan (I have an M3, so I don't think I'll go for another coupe or convertible).
